Let me tell you Arizona Kids Pediatrics in Surprise is THE vibe! Dr. Hoff, Melyssa, Nicole, and the whole dream team are nothing short of superheroes REAL TALK 🙂 From the moment you walk in, the energy is electric, the smiles are contagious, and the care? You can just feel, see and tell it’s Next-level. These folks don’t just treat kids they love them, champion them, and pour their hearts into every tiny patient. The practice itself is clean, colorful, and feels like a warm hug with a stethoscope:) If you’re looking for providers who mix excellence with empathy, fun with focus, and giggles with greatness you just found your spot. Families of Arizona, listen up this is the pediatric home your child deserves. I laughed so hard, I smiled, I may have even wanted to be a kid again! Just had a blast… Hats off to this incredible team you’re raising the bar for pediatric care, and my heart is full just thinking about it! Bravo!! The office cares more about making sure they can charge insurances for visits than the actual patients themselves. When I brought that to the offices attention and told them I'd be transferring my 3 children elsewhere they conveniently had an opening for us but couldn't see us because we were late. I'm interested in knowing how we couldn't be seen because we were late but a spot opened up out of thin air!?

In response to your response -- I was in fact still in the office, on the phone with a different pediatricians office, while the the front desk rep was messaging whomever, and as I was giving my children's info to the new pediatricians office is when she said "a spot just opened up". My response was "I'm not interested" Because why would I want my child to be seen by your office at that point? I haven't even began to explain the frustration with how many different systems you have switched over to in the short time we've been with all. The hassle it is to constantly have to be filling out information over and over again because nothing ever worked. I had already explained my situation TWICE all that was needed was a referral to a specialist but YOUR staff decided the appointment needed to be a well child visit (that needs to be done annually) needed to be done at that time. I'm not afraid of telling it all. Make sure you all aren't either!

PS - I had already acknowledged I was late. My issue wasn't with that. That was established. My issue is caring more about making unnecessary appointments for issues that can't be treated in your office and need referrals.

Dr. Hoff and staff are amazing! We have been going there for over 7 years. We moved but I still drive far so that my kids can be seen by some of the best. She and the other providers never rush the appointment. My kids feel safe and cared for. I have had issues with insurance/billing (not the fault of the practice) and they have been amazing in trying to figure out what the issue was and patiently waiting while we contacted insurance multiple times.

I’m so happy we found this pediatric office. They saw my daughter today and she was not feeling well (same day sick visit). We did not wait a long time— like a lot of these other reviews state. We only waited because I was filing out paperwork and didn’t get there a little earlier like they suggested but anyway no REAL wait time. Dr. Hoff was the only provider today (and all this week) and she was still very gracious and upbeat when she saw my daughter. My daughter felt comfortable with her, the MA and front desk staff. They all talked my daughter through checking her ears, blood pressure, etc. It’s hard to find a great provider, happy staff and clean facility. Truly so so so grateful for Dr. Hoff and her team. We found our forever provider.

We had our first appt today with Nicole. She is compassionate and kind. You can tell she definitely cares for her little patients. After looking for about a year, we finally found our new pediatric office! Thank you so much!!!

We love Dr Hoff! All the staff has been amazing everytime we go! They are not pushy at all. Dr Hoff has seen both my boys one of them for 2 years now. We love it here! After every appointment we are given a print out/summary which as busy mom is so helpful!!

Dr. Hoff is one of the best pediatricians in the valley. However, the front desk staff is often rude, cold, and inconsiderate. The waiting room and facilities are almost completely devoid of anything that kids can enjoy or interact with. Unlike most pediatric facilities, this is far more of a sterile environment. I highly recommend Dr. Hoff, just beware that top notch care can come with a complete lack of customer service.

First appointment today. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Paperwork was explained to me so I didn't have questions while filling it out. We saw Dr. Klunk and she was fantastic. Very easy going. Answered all of our questions. Great pediatrician!
