How despicable the technician that came to my house today. I had a horrible experience and don’t understand what the heck he is doing working for APS or anyone else for that matter. His name is Tom and I need his supervisor to contact me. This is utterly unacceptable. What a jerk, makes me sick.

AZ legislation needs to either break up APS monopoly of AZ or give us residence the ability to choose which electric providers, because, APS is losing their reason for servicing the public. I, for the first time, opted to use their "budget plan" for the summer of '25, due to our higher heat season & getting a way higher than normal invoice. After receiving that HIGH invoice, I also refrained from using the ac, only used 7pm~8am all week. My solar service began in Nov. APS opted to charge me back for the two months I was on that "budget plan" for usage. My bill went back up $300, although my usage drastically dropped, according to my account. My daughter who lives less than 5 minutes away, has a different energy provider.

Far as I’m concerned, APS does fraudulent activity. I’ve been charged for months asking. Why am I being charged for a meter that has no service on never get an answer never get an answer then finally almost after about a year. I get an answer. They told me oh well you should’ve just turned that service off for that meter a long time ago That was never an option. I was always told the meters were linked together. Now when I ask APS for a credit, they say well here’s $50. Have a great day. Cost of doing business with APS some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with what a monopoly Arizona.

I have had nothing but problems with APS since the day I opened my account with them. And they are not little problems those I can deal with. these are really really big problems that need to be dealt with on their end. I miss being in SRP city limits

Arizona Public Service turned off the electricity to an 82-year-old woman’s apartment during a heat wave and killed her. This woman was the mother of a dear friend.

I understand they have killed quite a few other customers in the same way. They need to stop killing people.

My bank declined the auto pay because they thought this company was fraudulent. If this happens on ONE payment, aps will make you jump through hoops and drive an hour away to pay in cash only. Any competent company would make it easier to pay so they can get their money. But I doubt anyone on their executive team could pass a basic mental competency exam. Of course they’re a monopoly so we can’t even switch to a better company.

If i could leave negative stars i would not sure how the federal government or the state doesn’t step in and make changes oh wait yeah i forget they make a whole lot of money keeping it the way it is that’s why. APS is horrible they are robbing you in plain sight hiding it in surcharges and taxes, it should be illegal to treat people this way but it isn’t damn shame. We are all getting tired of overpaying for simple utilities but if i unhook my house off the power grid go solar off the free god given energy i’m “breaking the law” now people will get tired of this eventually for better or worse.
