FYI: Your best bet with this office is to email EVERYTHING. Take pics and send it that way. Have PROOF you turned it in. Otherwise...It will be lost in the wind. Been there done that! Then was told when I came up there about 5x to ask what I need (Because they won't answer the phones) and they said "nothing, you've turned everything in that you need!"...then I was DENIED. Saying I didn't turn everything in on time but they said..? I didn't need anything? I tried to report them and they called for the trial while I was at work. Definitely going to call to see if I can reschedule that. I've been without for over 3 months now. I've gotten their stupid written statements from EVERY person that I've received money through Cashapp and Venmo, Lease agreements, paystubs, and everything else so what's the hold up? I've NEVER had so many complications from them. I wonder if anyone else is having this hard of a time getting approved or is it because I reported them? Idk.

They NEVER answer the phone(& if you’re REALLY LUCKY! it’s an 30-45 min wait just for a 1 min. Convo) (But if you go in person :it’s never busy : )and also very careless of peoples information. Will have you waiting on their time. Postponing your case pushing you back into an even longer waiting time.

It's safe to say, the phone is just for play. No one answers and there's no viable extension for most needs. What a complete joke and WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS!!

This place is a joke. No body here does their job accordingly. Lost our paperwork 3 times!! Filled everything out turned it in person for them to call the next day saying paperwork was lost!!! How do you lose it overnight? Lady at the window is rude as all hell get out. They then turn around saying we gave them a note to drop our insurance with which no note was turned in!!!! Need to do better!!

They are extremely difficult dealing with trying to get wic or snap. They are careless with peoples information and NEVER answer the phone. You have to go up there constantly and stay on them to process your information. If they say you have a deadline it’s on you. Not them turning it in on the deadline as when I went in to check the status they said they hadn’t even put my info thru yet. A week after my DUE date. So I have a due date and they don’t, so never know what’s going on or how long you will be waiting.

the fact that they never answer the phone should show how much they just dont care but they finally ran across the right one, come back to this review as i will be updating it with every blog, vlog, email and link to file a complaint if enough us file one and speak about the poor practices of this institution something will get done

Nobody answers the phone or gets any kind of help in a timely manner .im starting to believe its a empty building ..and whomever is in charge needs to step up and handle it ..or step down and let someone who can do the job DO THE JOB ..state officials need to fix this immediately. Its embarrassing to all that need the help and anyone that does thier job in other countries. U must be the laughing stock of all agencies..

The previous reviews and comments about this office not answering the phone, for anything is true.
I know they want everyone to use their online access portal, but some things cannot be answered or done on it.
They don't want people to come in the office because of possible exposure from people, but they won't answer the phones? What about the people that are in need of help, guidance and assistance? This should be one area of the State Government that ishould be accessible, for God's sake.
