Got a tow from Doug when I really needed it! Great service, and fast responses. I could not find a better place to get my truck towed from and I've had many tows before. My truck is also huge so they definitely can do many!

I would give zero stars if I could. Needless to say this company does not follow through with what they say they will do. They lied and gave up on trying to assist us, then told our insurance company they could not find the vehicle. They canceled our towing order and are trying to collect from the insurance company, which the law-enforcement authorities told me was a normal thing out of companies like this. Funny thing is- a different tow company found us with no issue and took care of us, after i was sent through the wringer calling multiple sheriffs offfices and FHP. I have issued a formal complaint against them, and do not recommend anyone use their services. They simply do not stand behind their customers and are looking for an easy insurance payday. Even if your insurance company tries to enlist them, tell your insurance company no and find a different company that will support their customers.

My mom was waiting on a tow they said was on the way for over an hour and half. So she called again and apparently her tow was canceled instead of someone else’s. They would have been there within 15 minutes if the tow truck driver wasn’t told she had canceled. They now have her waiting even longer and don’t even know when a tow truck driver will be there at all. She’s alone in a Walmart parking lot right now and they aren’t trying to fix their mistake immediately, they just added her to the end of the list and said they have no idea what time a driver will be there. Absolutely ridiculous when the driver was en route. She hasn’t heard from them since.

My car was towed there after I was hit (this is my 1st time being involved in an auto accident) and even though they’re very busy and I arrived close to closing they took their time and treated me like I mattered, it was nice to have one less worry.
I highly recommend them.

Rip off absolutely terrible service, even worse price. After being in an accident and just being thankful that my children and I made it out without too many injuries, we had to deal with these sharks after an already terrible experience 💔 😢 They charged for crash wrap 5 rolled when only 1 was needed $40 a piece.. then charged 75$ to have my car moved to the front gate about 2 feet to my personal tow truck. 50$ to get my belongings out another $700 to get the vehicle out. To a place I never asked it to be towed to. I woke up in the evac and had to find out where my car was, and after everything we had already gone and were still going through, we had to deal with this rip-off place. Impound lots need to be WAY better regulated straight price gouging 😠 I would love to give negative stars 🌟

Highly recommend ARROW TOWING! The driver was professional, respectful, and had my car at mechanic's in under an hour. Arrow Towing is quick to respond to calls at all hours! It's 1am and they arrived in 25 minutes. Still waiting for the other company to arrive, after 2 hours 🙄 or at least call me to cancel. Go ARROW!
