We loved our trip to Sedona and this resort made it even better. It is walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. My kids loved the fact that our room was two stories. Was very nice and clean we have no complaints. Thank y'all again for making our stay comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially the fireplaces since it was chilly during our trip. The decor is really dated but everything was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. All small amenities were provided like tissues, soaps, trash bags etc, and lots of inside space and balconies. Only issue was the internet was extremely slow so we were not able to do some computer work that we had planned.

While it is an older resort, the location and amenities are great. Perfect spot to walk into Uptown to shop and eat. Great pool and facilities. Spacious units with amazing views all around. Everything in Sedona is a short drive away.

One of the nicest resorts in a perfect uptown location that lets you walk vs drive to avoid traffic and parking. The staff is amazing, and then there is Sedona! Need I say more? AMAZING stay! We will be back soon.

Location is great. Everything else not so much. The people who work here are extremely rude. It hasn't been updated since the 80's and everything is dilapidated. One quick fix would be to hire friendly employees and treat owners with respect.

We liked they layout of the unit. Two stories with two separate suites. Nice kitchen. We had one of the refurbished units which was nice...but dark.
Furnishings were OK. Nice couch but Walmart recliner. TV good. Appliances basic.
We had 3 small balconies we used occasionally. Not much of a view from our unit. Get the Creekside location if at all possible.
We asked when booking directly if the unit had a view and were given a very vague "all units have nice views".
We were told the resort fee was included if we pre paid. This was not the case.
Big disappointment were the grounds. Looks like it was nice 20 years ago, but they just gave up. Lots of dead landscaping areas. Nice grill fountain area but again, a bit run down.
Indoor outdoor pool was nice. Hot tub was large, but very dicey getting in and out. LONG first very small step with a very rough texture. Scraped my foot a few times.
There is a beautiful creek running in the back of the property, but hard to find without a map. There is a nice bridge and sitting area, with a rough path down to the waters edge.
We may stay again just for the space and layout, but only if we can secure a Creekside unit.
We were just very surprised they let the landscaping and grounds degrade this badly.

The resort has everything a small family, or group of friends, could need. The gym, pools, hottub, jacuzzi, games and saunas were all nice touches & fully functional.

We just had small issues with the rental. It took us time to figure out how to work the thermostat (you have to lay on the button to get the temperature to up or down) so we weren't always comfortable. The kitchen has an oldschool coffee pot...we all have keurigs, so we had trouble figuring out how to make coffee we would all like. The 2 mattresses, on the 2 beds, in the small room, move every time you walk around them. I was always fixing them. I think some kind of pad, under them, would help...like the kind people buy, for carpets.

Other then that, the beds were comfortable, the patio & balcony were legit 👌and the kitchenette and eating area were big enough. The place was clean and smelled good.

We did not get any services, so I couldn't rate that.

The "customer service" needs better training (specifically the smaller stature woman named Zee, who often works evenings). She is uninformed and doesn't know the policies. She was also very disrespectful to my adult daughter and her friends. We have overlooked her unhelpfulness every other time we have come, in an attempt to be gracious. It's too bad- we have come here for almost a decade and prior front desk staff was always so friendly and helpful.
