I worked with David on a mold situation in my basement where I was getting very different opinions from a variety of mold remediation companies on how in-depth we needed to clean the entire basement and whether to throw out lots of our stuff or not. Because of David's deep expertise in his field, he was able to simply and pragmatically walk me through the risks related to my particular situation and the pro's and con's of different remediation options. The end result - I was able to find a good middle ground solution that resulted in a passing mold air quality test post remediation without having to tear up my entire basement as some companies recommended I do. I highly recommend David for those who want an informed, practical opinion on mold!
