As the President of NewSouth Window Solutions of West Palm Beach I really value a professional who offers support and expertise even when they don't stand to immediately benefit financially. Alex came out to our Okeechobee showroom to see about our air quality. He spent a good deal of time only to tell us that our AC system was in need of a good cleaning. He offered tips and suggestions- and charged us nothing! Then months later when we had forgotten the name of the device he suggested he called right back and helped steer us in the right direction. My interaction with Alex and ARS Environmental has been a joy. Thank you!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. We hired Alex Front from ARS to do a mold inspection on a house we were looking to purchase. After walking around for about 5 minutes, he said there was no mold. Instead, he said that the air filters were clogged with dog hair and needed to be cleaned. We purchased the house based on the assessment that there was no mold. After we purchased the house, we discovered a ton of TOXIC MOLD in the kitchen and master bedroom that will cost us $100k to fix. Alex Front is a poor inspector who clearly has no idea what he is doing with regard to mold. Do not use this company. Below are pictures of what we found after purchasing the house.

I hired ARS to come do testing for a house i purchased and Alex and his crew did a great job and thankfully i had no issues, he answered questions i had on old floor tiles and materials in this house from the 70’s. I actually learned more about stuff than I probably thought i needed too. Anyway thanks Alex and ARS for your great service if i ever need anything I’ll call again. Thank you
