I had a great experience with ARS in replacing my aging AC unit. After the initial inspection, their sales rep Ernie came over to discuss options. He was super polite and respectful of my time, and I took advantage of a great financing deal they had for 0% APR over 60 months for a new Rheem unit.
The installation happened the next day and went smoothly. David and his team started in the morning and had everything wrapped up by the afternoon. At my request they upgraded my thermostat to a new wif-connected and app-controlled model at no extra cost! They helped me get everything connected and were happy to answer any questions I had. I’ll be continuing to call them in the future.

The two technicians were punctual, they got right to work and when they finished, they showed me how my new furnace works, asked if I had any questions, which they readily answered. Then they waited to be sure my new furnace was working properly. When one technician noticed something awry, he opened the machine and resolved the issue. It’s been working perfectly ever since. The ARS staff and technicians are top notch!

This was a great experience from the very start. I found them online at 11pm Friday and was sent an email stating that someone would contact me the next day. I explained my issue and they sent a rep to my house the next day. John was really nice and explained everything that was happening, the various replacements and which one would be best for my house with very low sales pressure. Their prices were great and ended up way cheaper than the company I was currently using and they were able to fit me in the next day for installation.
The guys came in and completed everything within 2 hours and even did a couple of extra replacements that they saw would help me. I have rarely had service like this and I went from no heat to working heat in less than 72 hours. If you want a professional company that won't screw you over (or possibly make issues they find even worse to force you to make repairs) then ARS is it.

Great awesome sales person , focused on what the customer needs not making a sale. Explained different models and what either be best for the house structure. Technicians came by a week later installed everything and explained it too.
Very satisfied and happy with the price and service. I had a heat pump AC and furnace installed.

If I could, I would give zero stars to ARS. In October 2024, a new garbage disposal was installed by ARS. The work done was poor in quality as you can see by the photo below how the pipe is pressing against the garbage disposal. The unit installed was too large for the area. Their company policies, procedures and pricing are ridiculous and the customer service response is invisible. After four months of trying to resolve the issue, I told ARS that another company would replace the disposal. So January 14, 2025, another company came and installed a unit that fits the area properly. It works great, and the cost was half the price of what I would have been charged. Living on Social Security is very challenging and I feel that I was taken advantage by ARS. I strongly advise that you do not use this company.

Our experience with ARS was exceptional! We had our furnace and air-conditioner replaced. Ernesto came to our home to provide an estimate and pricing options. He was quite knowledgable and answered all our questions regarding options and pricing. The installers came promptly THE NEXT DAY and were professional and made sure to clean as they worked ( it was a rainy muddy day!) I appreciate that the whole process, from sales to complete installation took less than 24 hours, as opposed to dragging on for days. The warranties and guarantees made us feel very comfortable pulling the trigger. I highly recommend ARS!

Luis came out and took care of my issue with no hassle on his part. Dude took his time ensuring that I was going to be taken care of properly. I had an issue that required a snake to run through my sewer line, and he handled everything with professionalism and a high level of detail. Definitely recommend these guys.
