I called around 10:30 am and someone was out before noon that same day.

My technician Randy was extremely polite, professional, and was genuinely committed to doing a top-notch job with the maintenance of my mini-split system.

What stood out most was Randy's attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout the process. He answered all my questions patiently and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.

I was having AC issues, my friend told me to call Artic and I was not disappointed! After further inspection, and discussion It was best to get a new unit. The salesman was fair priced and honest with me. The installer guys responded so quickly, they were so respectful and it only took them a few hours to get me back up and running! 10/10 recommend Artic Air to anyone in need of AC repairs!

12/23/24 - Wesley was very professional and didn't mind that I stayed outside with him while he worked. He explained everything to me in advance, installed needed parts and did some preventative maintenance.
1/11/25 - Reese came out because my heating was tripping the breaker. He told me it was the compressor and was honest about replacing it. He arranged for Mike Pinner to come give me an estimate on a new unit. Mike came by only a couple of hours later. He gave me a very good deal. And this was on a Saturday!
1/13/25 - Brandon Hall and Stewart were here early and installed the new unit, two new electric breakers and a new thermostat. They even cleaned up after themselves inside and outside.

I'm very happy with the honesty and service provided by everyone.

Excellent experience. When our a/c went out they came same day we called, diagnosed the problem and we decided to replace our 15 yr old unit. They were here the next day and installed the new unit at a reasonable price. Robert and his helper were courteous, professional and friendly. Everything was cleaned up perfectly before they left and they made sure everything was working perfectly. Couldn’t be happier and we will recommend Artic Air to friends and family!

AJ was professional and courteous. I would give him a 5 rating. The reason I gave an overall 4 rating is because my husband explained in the initial call our access point is very small and to consider that when sending a technician. Sure enough AJ couldn’t fit. He called a second technician which delayed the overall service. We’ve been customers for 28 years. The access point hasn’t changed.

I called to get my HVAC serviced as my heater wasn't functioning and Tommy set up the inspection service with Jordan S. Jordan was very professional and thoroughly explained the problem and discussed what repairs were needed. They came the same day as I called them and heat was needed as at night temperatures were in the thirties. I was very satisfied with the services rendered and would highly recommend them
