I called Asbestos Project Management and spoke w/ Brett about arranging an inspection for our basement ceiling tiles. After describing the situation and sending over some pictures Brett determined that our tiles did not contain asbestos and there was no need for an inspection. I spoke with various companies for advice and bids about a year ago. The conversation with Brett still stands out. Brett was the only person that took the time to understand where the project was at, that testing in that stage would not be beneficial and he reasoned that I had little to be concerned about. He put my mind at ease rather than trying to profit from my concerns. In hindsight, Brett was not only honest about the situation but he took awhile to listen to my concerns even though he knew he wasn't going to make any money. We were planning to install new flooring in our basement when the person doing our estimate told us that we would need to have the floor checked out for asbestos.

I looked on a couple of sites and saw the great reviews for Asbestos Project Management and gave them a call. Brett was out here right after I called. He got the results back to us within a day that included a detailed report showing the asbestos in the flooring.

We scheduled the removal for a couple of days later and the crew was great. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. They were extremely polite, described what they were going to do, took the time to set up the room for cleaning, did the project and then left the basement in pristine condition.

Overall, it was a great experience. They were timely, responsive, effective and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
