Jaden was outstanding to work with- we drove over an hour and a half to look at a sectional , went home to think about it and measure our living room. Being able to text him pictures of exactly what I wanted from a design I came up with was great. He was able to order everything I wanted to make a complete set from a 4 piece to a 6 piece to match my ideal dream couch. Thank You for outstanding costumer service!

Had a super nice salesman today named Jaden who sold me a sofa and a power lift recliner. He had a lot of patience, was very friendly and just overall seemed like a nice guy trying to do a good job. I would definitely recommend choosing him as the salesperson again.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I was accompanied by my daughter and 3 yr old grandson shopping for a mattress. We were greeted by Stephanie who answered my many, many questions as I tried out several mattresses. She was so patient and kind the entire time. I was able to purchase a mattress AND adjustable base for a price I was comfortable with. The young man who prepared financing worked very quickly as my grandson was bored. Every person who walked by spoke and even entertained my grandson a bit. A special shout out to Brian who also answered questions and was awesome with my grandson. We couldn't have had a better shopping experience. I will definitely be back when my budget allows for a new recliner and I will request Stephanie. She was awesome! Aaron, thank you for giving is the best deal on a couch, ottoman, and 3 piece intable set

Went above and beyond to make sure we were getting a great deal. Super easy to work with and very friendly. Let us move things around to make sure tables would match. All employees were also very nice.

My daughter and her husband moved their family and the Grandmother 's from Texas to Illinois. We needed good furniture for the new home and Ashley Outlet had everything we needed and at excellent prices. We love our new home and we especially love our new furniture. At no point were we harassed while looking around, but as soon as we found something we liked, TR was happy to help us. He checked stock and pricing for us on a couple different configurations of the couch we were interested in, and was very thorough making sure we understood our options and color choices.
