Assurance Electrical Sevices installed my level 2 charger today. Tomas and Chris were the electricians. They did a stellar job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual.They explained everything to me in great detail step by step. I found them to be reasonable and my questions were answered in detail. Very professional when assessing the work requesting and providing more than 1 option to fixing the problem. Thomas did an excellent job rewiring our heat lamp and leaving it in better condition from when he arrived. He explained the whole process as he was working. I highly recommend Assurance Eletrical and request Thomas.

AES is the best! They arrived on time, performed a whole home safety assessment, (no charge)made recommendations for future work to be done, pointed out numerous options that in my opinion were perfectly reasonable and welcomed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

My experience with Assurance Electrical was awesome. Tomas and Brenden were thorough, polite and respectful of our new home. From the greeting and introduction at out front door to ensuring their work was complete and tidy at finish. Upon commencement they covered the work to be done and the cost and offered options.
I would highly recommend Assurance Electrical, make sure you ask for Tomas and Brenden they are the BEST!!!

Assurance electrical was very helpful starting with heather who answered the phone and was super helpful and friendly. The electrician, Tomas was the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable electrician. He took his time to answer all and any questions I had. The day I called is the same day I had an electrician (Tomas) come to the house. They were super busy with new construction and Tomas was able to get me on the schedule right away and made the time to get the work done. He did an amazing job and I would totally recommend this company. Ask for Tomas!

Tomas, was delightful, when I stopped him nextdoor. He was servicing the neighbors home.
I told him my problem, he told me my opinions and cost to these opinion.
He came into my home and did some trouble shooting on my kitchen light problem.
He fixed it like a pro.

Installed fan left a big gap/hole in the ceiling. Technician went to "get a part" and was gone for quite awhile. The installed fan and light just randomly turn on whenever at full speed. Do not know how or why. Would be nice to pay for something and have it done correctly. Overall, horrible work. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
