Kimberley helped me pay our invoice today. She is great. All of the guys that came to our house today to install the propane tank and generator were great. We don't know their names.

The electricians came out on 1/15/25 to install the electrical boxes. They were all very nice, respectful and professional. They did a great job.

Winston came out today 2/13/25 to do our final start up. He is AMAZING!!!! He very patiently explained everything perfectly and answered all of our questions. Please make sure that he gets credit for 5 stars. He deserves more than 5 stars.

The initial sales call was good and the permitting process got slightly delayed due to factors outside of our control but the install team was awesome. They showed up and were very willing to do whatever was needed to get the job done right including moving pavers and carefully marking them to make it easier to reinstall. They laid out all the next steps and I feel good knowing the job was done right

My generator has not been fully installed yet but it passed the first inspection with flying colors. The technicians were so neat and tidy that when they filled in the holes you would never even know they were there. I have a hard scape in my backyard and they were amazing how they put the rocks back. So far i am very pleased with the service and the office staff has been great with keeping me updated on what is going to happen. Jackie in installation is on it and I appreciate that.

Experience had its ups and downs. At the end of the day the work is excellent.

Winston was a bright spot in the experience. He is thorough, patient and just a lovely man. He took extra time explaining everything and it’s clear he knows his stuff. Thanks Winston.

The main complaint with the total installation and why we are not giving 5-stars was due to the expectations set by the sales person around the “guaranteed installation date” which was missed by many months. It was missed primarily because of poor communication between Assurance and FPL which added a 5-week delay. This could have been avoided if the coordination team would have planned the job better. It took our personal intervention to get results which at their prices was completely unreasonable. I would recommend them but it would be accompanied by a warning to set proper expectations around installation time. .

Dave came out to see why our AC units were not coming on after the delay when the generator comes on. He was very thorough and took his time diagnosing the behavior and figuring out how the installers originally hooked everything up. Once he saw how things were set up he was able to make an adjustment at the panel so that the AC units now come on at separate times. Dave also took the time to explain to us how the system is set up and why the adjustment he made will allow for the staggered starts of the AC units.

Just need to mention that Robert Blum, the representative from Assurance Power Systems, that came to our home was exceptional. Never had to look at notes or a script just had all the knowledge in his head. Remarkable indeed explained some things that other generator companies did not know or would not disclose. All we asked was to please be Honest. And that he did. We have been put through the ringer by other agents. Horrible way to do business. So please anyone out there looking for an Awesome Power Advisor - Call Robert Blum at Assurance Power Systems. Thanks a million...
