Matt from Assured Air came to inspect our furnace, a/c and central humidifier on 10/24/24. We were told by a different repair service that we needed a new furnace. After Matt’s inspection of our furnace he determined that we only needed a fuse to be replaced! He also carefully checked out our a/c and told us that it is working fine. He returned on 10/31/24 to install a smart thermostat in our home and we were also very pleased with this service he provided for us. We sincerely appreciated Matt’s knowledge, honesty, and thorough diagnostics on our furnace, a/c and humidifier. We look forward to contacting Assured Air for our future heating and a/c services!

Justin is a very professional and courteous technician. He called and asked if he can come earlier (he was running ahead of schedule today) . I am happy that he came early. Job (installation of new central humidifier) was well done. Cleaned up after the job. Explained everything to me. I would recommend Assured Air Ltd. to anyone looking for HVAC work/installation. I think their price is reasonable. I have been using Assured Air for more than 10 years and I never had any problem/issues.

Matt came before expected--I had an emergency because water was leaking from my hot water heater, potentially into the unit below me. Matt identified the problem, fixed it, and cleaned everything up. Wonderful work and very reasonable price. Pleasant service as well

I called this morning after my boiler furnace went out & asked what the price would be for a Saturday service call. They said $90 if tech could come b4 2pm . I scheduled it & Justin the tech texted he was coming an hour earlier. Came in checked electronics, voltage etc. turned out it was only thermocouple. Fixed it & although pricier then I thought worth it, given how quickly he came on a weekend. Total $243. I would use them again.

Assured Air came promptly to replace my tenant’s water heater. I was notified that my tenant had no hot water at 8:25 AM and the new water heater had been installed by three o’clock. I couldn’t be happier.

While this review of Assured Air may seem to be coming a year late, the installation of our SpacePac AC system was such a big decision we wanted to experience a full summer with central air conditioning before writing. Last November we made a big and expensive decision to install central air conditioning to our 96 year old home. We have hot water radiation heat with no duct work and had been using window air conditioning units since moving into our home in 1988. After one summer with our SpacePac system we have been wondering what took us so long. Last fall we investigated a number of different whole house air conditioning options. After deciding on the high velocity air conditioning option, we interviewed a few companies with Assured Air winning our trust. We have not had one single regret over this decision. The first discussion with Ted from Assured, about which components of the system would suit our needs and how the system would be installed, gave us a sense of confidence that adding this system would not detract from the vintage feel of an older home. When Frank came out as the lead installer he worked diligently to follow the plans in order to place the AC vents exactly where promised. Anyone could walk through our home, even looking through our closets, and struggle to find visible evidence of the "duct work" installed. 27 of the 30 vents installed were place exactly where promised, and the remaining three were placed as close as possible after Frank explored every possibility to place them as promised. He then consulted us on options for the placement rather than just putting them where it was easiest for his team. Assured Air told us from the start that they do not do patch work but every baseboard removed was put back expertly. We could not have been happier with the installation process that in our situation also included an attic fan and a whole house humidifier. We discussed writing this review when installation was completed but decided to experience the Central Air System to confirm that it was a good choice. After a typical DuPage County summer we can only say that "WE LOVE IT!" SpacePac High Velocity Air Conditioning system was a big and expensive investment in our home, but for anyone considering this move we can recommend Assured Air with enthusiasm. From the bidding process to the installation to the unit functioning, Assured Air has always focused on what was right and best for us. They were straight forward in answering our questions in the beginning, consulted with us during the installation, and have been helpful in answering our questions during this first AC season. We truly want Assured Air to use us as an example of how this process is supposed to work. Expensive without a doubt, but taking short cuts to cut costs on a project like this is a huge mistake. In our minds doing the project with Assured Air has improved the quality of our lives. We have, for the first time, experienced consistent temperature and comfort in every room of our home. The gentlemen working here were neat, clean, and very respectful of us and our home. Assured Air has been the major reason that all this was possible for us. Again, we recommend Assured Air with enthusiasm.

First of all I want to thank Chris and Akeem on the wonderful work they done today they was so fun to talk to they let me now everything they was doing and letting me no how the system works and the one thing I loved they cleane up like they was never here if you ever need any work done ask for them you won't be sorry. Thanks Chris and AKeem for the good work you done. The system is working good and the heat feels good.

I needed a new air conditioner, and upon a recommendation, I called Assured Air. On 4-25, Ted from sales came to my house. He was very thorough and explained exactly what I needed. I ended up also purchasing a new hot water heater and an attic fan. Today, 5-1, technicians Matt and Richard came to install everything. It was a big job and took most of the day. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Assured Air, especially Ted, Matt, and Richard.
