Astrid Environmental Services is a true Gem in Southwest Virginia. They’ve built an amazing reputation that every small business aspires to build. Whether it be mold or radon mitigation, they are educated, qualified, and excited to take on your project. I could not ask for a better experience or company when it came to installing my radon mitigation system. Lyndsey and her team were quick, thorough, and courteous and exemplify true professionalism. It was hard to tell anyone had even been there, much less, drilled a 6 inch hole in the concrete floor! If you have mold or radon, and are looking for perfection and getting what you pay for, contact Astrid!

We were recently selling our home in Wytheville and needed to have a Radon Mitigation System installed. We contacted Astrid Environmental Services and Lyndsey, the owner, responded immediately. She came over the next day, conducted a very thorough inspection, and provided a detailed plan to remediate the issue. She and her team were prompt, professional, and extremely proficient in installing the Mitigation System. I would happily recommend Astrid Environmental Services. Five stars!

My crawlspace was a mess: mold, standing water and high humidity. When Mark from Astrid told me I would be able to store things there when they finished, I thought "uh huh, sales pitch." But he was right! The difference is incredible and has received the blessing of my contractor. Everyone I had contact with from the company was very professional, courteous and kept me informed of everything they were doing. They showed up when they said they would, answered all my questions, made suggestions and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Astrid if you have water issues like I did.

I have an older home on Claytor lake, and I had a musty smell for years and I couldn’t figure it out. I called (3) companies, Astrid being one, and received quotes from each to perform a mold and fungus remediation and crawl space encapsulation. Astrid was the lowest quote, and the quality of the work was unreal. They are super nice, hard working, and completed the work on time and on budget and their workmanship is unmatched. I highly recommend Lyndsey and her team if you want the job done right, within the timeframe they give you, and on budget. My home smells so clean and nice now, is much more comfortable, and I’m very pleased with Astrid!!
