Very disorganized company, the managers are not professional and they don't know what they are doing, employees work 40 hours a week and they are called part time employees and don't receive any benefits at all. Since when is working 40 hrs a week part time?, no communication between managers and employees, employees here don't do any work they just sit around and gossip and laugh at others that are on the same team as themselves. (Especially the ones working for Yianni Efstathiou then Yianni wonders why he's having problems with his employees) I was hired as a Administrative Assistant and I was a asbestos inspector for some reason even though I worked in the office. Kevin Hamilton the branch manager has no idea on how to run a business and he lacks the knowledge on going to employees and communicating with them when something goes wrong. How do you expect to solve problems here when you don't communicate with employees? First this company is ATC Associates then Cardno ATC now Atlas then it's going to be something else. Make up your mind Kevin. How many times are you going to sell ATC Associates to other companies Kevin?

Avoid this garbage place if you are looking for a job. It's better to be unemployed than to work here.
