This company is irresponsible and negligent!! Their driver approached and double-parked blocking a one-way lane of traffic, in a red zone, blocking an entrance/exit from a private business driveway as i was very carefully and slowly reversing. The driver exited his vehicle and left it unattended while chatting casually with the owner of the business he was blocking, with the 5-6 Foot Long METAL FORKS protruding forward at 3 Feet off the ground!! These forks were Not Clearly Visible from the rear-view mirror or backup camera of my vehicle, causing me to reverse into one of the two forks!! This caused $6000 in damages to my new car. The driver was unapologetic, and could care less. The company's spokeswoman "Maria Angela Carabello' was Rude and Smug on the phone with me. She was extremely abrasive interrupting me while I was explaining the situation to her. She hung up on me and continued to blame me entirely for what transpired. Yes, Maria, I WAS paying attention and WAS NOT distracted. I have been driving for over 20 years and have never been in a collision or accident! My driving record is impeccable. She wouldn't even speak with my insurance company, ignoring their requests for information. Instead, she blamed this on me entirely. I asked her if her drivers receive proper SAFETY TRAINING in operating their vehicles, she said yes but would not answer if it was UNSAFE the way the driver left their trunk unattended, double-parked, in a red zone, blocking my exit from a private business driveway with his forks protruding out 3 feet above the ground. A pedestrian, even one with good vision, could have been killed by those long protruding metal forks! Leaving them in that position was dangerous! I cannot believe how little these people care about the safety of others or the liability risk and irresponsibility of their drivers.
