Our real estate team has referred countless clients to ATS for their services, specifically septic system inspections and pumps. In every instance, their team is knowledgeable. Their on-site technicians are great at explaining in detail every step of the inspection process, which I find very helpful to clients who may be living in a home with a septic system for the very first time. ATS has been excellent to work with during the inspection process of our new home. Any questions I've had were answered so quickly, with clear communication. The person who came out to the property to perform the work was kind and extremely informative. We had them do a load test and pump/inspection of a septic system, as well as an oil tank sweep. We had the results of the oil tank sweep the same day. As for the septic inspection, we opted for the process which takes 24 hours to complete, which would be today, but trust that the results will be sent as soon as the work is completed.

We used ATS’ services to inspect an oil tank and and a septic system at two different properties. Both times the technician used state-of-the-art equipment. They also gave knowledgeable responses to our questions on the oil tank and the septic system setup. Their scheduling process was very smooth. ATS sent our reports the next business day after they went through their internal quality review. They are the most professional inspection company we have ever worked with and are highly recommended.

After having a home sale fall through weeks earlier from a septic inspection dispute, I was skeptical of all inspectors. My buddy recommended ATS, so I ordered them for a new property. They were $200 more expensive, but they did double the work than the original company. The technician was great, friendly and professional. He uncovered the tank, completely dig up the distribution box and ran a camera down each individual lateral and discharge line. They had a pump company come and pump the entire tank and inspect the tank, inlet and outlet lines and filters. Once he completed his inspection, he then took 20 minutes of extra time to explain everything he did and how the system works. The system I had turned out to be newer and passed with flying colors. He told me how I could help keep it that way and how to properly maintain it. ATS is the best!!! Hands down!! Highly recommended!!!

The ground above our septic system was getting spongy due mostly to system age and all the rain this year. I was skeptical of some of the recommended work and costs from several other companies. A friend who does home inspections recommended ATS very highly for the quality and thoroughness of their work and their impartiality. They aren't trying to sell you anything. Mr. Shaw came out and did an inspection and showed and explained to me what the problems were. He was very kind to take time to walk me through what my options are and provided me with perfect information needed for a path forward. Everyone I have spoken with at ATS has been equally kind and helpful. I am very pleased with the service and found the cost reasonable both for the work completed and also for the peace of mind from the report which accurately told the whole story with no sales pressure. Every aspect of my experience with this company was top notch. I placed a call to schedule a septic inspection and tank sweep. Customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The day of the appointment we had Matt as our service tech and he was just phenomenal. He showed up on time, was very thorough, personable, and had no problem answering all our questions and explaining all the problems he found multiple times. He searched the yard multiple times to find an oil tank he suspected was there. The company as a whole delivered on everything promised, had outstanding customer service, and was easy to get in touch with. The reports showed up the day promised and were clear and concise. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for these services!

We hired ATS to provide us with a septic certification and they were able to go to our property within a couple of days, at a great price, to have an inspection performed.
