I used to bring my q5 here. The service was really good for oils changes until the one time I got my car return dirty. I didn’t think much of it and drove it back home. It sat on my driveway for a week and when I decided to drive it the engine was messed up. They blame me of course. I had to buy a whole new engine. I had second opinions from another Audi dealership and a mechanic and everyone tells me it was likely the dealership fault. I stopped going here since. I know car break down but the last place that touched my vehicle was here.

Receiving line was a little unorganized. Service rep was friendly and helpful. One of the issues I wanted them the technician to repair my MMI system that constantly keeps rebooting wasn't even addressed.
