Excellent! Pleasant visit. Everyone was caring & very kind. I needed new hearing aids and I can hear so much better. Ralph Fernandez was very thorough and explained my situation very clearly and with kindness & care. Very hard to find that kind of bedside manner these days in healthcare. My consult was very informative and valuable. Mr Fernandez in the Brooksville office conducted the hearing exam, ended up making a few recommendations to try prior to proceeding with selling me anything; which will determine how I should proceed.
