The City of Austin requires an asbestos survey of commercial properties, so I called Ralph and he was able to take the survey and get the report and lab results back to me within 24 hours. It was an awesome experience and I am so glad I found Ralph!

We're extremely grateful to Ralph for spending so much time with us and for mapping out a course of action. I highly recommend Ralph and Austin Enviro Group if you are concerned about asbestos in your home (or building). He listened to my concerns and answered my many questions regarding the possibility of asbestos in my popcorn ceilings. Throughout the process of having samples tested and deciding what to do about it when the results showed high levels of asbestos, Ralph walked me through each step explaining the different options along the way. He helped me save a lot of money, and I’m really glad that I decided to give him a call.

Wonderful experience!! We hired Ralph from Austin Enviro for testing air quality after a remodel. Ralph is THE person for any concerns with air quality you have in your home. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient - note, he will NOT rush or hurry. He answers all your questions thoroughly and it will be clear from his responses that he is not out there to get your money. In fact, he first asked us to perform some preliminary steps to ensure he was needed so we do not pay him unnecessarily. He does a thorough job and is very communicative! Even before getting the results, with just with a walkthrough of the premises, Ralph told us that he expects the report to come clean and it did! Highly recommend!

I called Austin Enviro Group for advice on a popcorn ceiling. Ralph spent about 30 minutes on the phone answering my questions and providing lots of useful information on asbestos. Later that day he came by my work and picked up the samples I had taken from the ceiling. I paid a little extra to expedite the testing at the lab and so I had my results (a PDF from the lab) before noon the next day! I would highly recommend this company thanks to Ralph's helpful nature and great customer service.

I called on a Saturday and I was thankful that someone highly recommended on Angies List answered the first call. The guy started badgering me as I started illustrating the events of my issue - it wasn't a typical "found this and so we stopped construction" situation. Then as I tried to proceed, after my fourth word, he said "hurry up because the Aggie game starts in two minutes." Such a classy, professional response to a person who has been speaking for less than two minutes and concerned about his family and their well being.

I would recommend taking your business to someone with a little more integrity.
