We were having ongoing problems with mold in our apartment not being taken care of properly. We finally had enough and reached out to Auxilium Environmental to help us prove there was in fact a mold issue. Upon speaking with them they immediately let us know that our concerns were in fact something to be worried about, espically having two young children. They quickly got us scheduled and did the inspection. They were so great with explaining everything and answering any questions I had. They did not rush and made sure that everything was documented and took pictures of everything. After receiving the results they immediately called us to inform us there was in fact a mold problem. They did an amazing job with getting the report to us in a timely manner because this is something that needs to be taken care of fast. Not only did they do an amazing job they actually cared about my families safety. They made sure that we understood what steps needed to be taken and let us know it was also in the report. A few days after they sent the report they checked back in to see if we were doing okay and to make sure we were being taken care of accordingly. I HIGHLY recommend them and if needed will be using them in the future.
