Ordered a lawn mower part though company via Amazon. Order was placed and marked as shipped with a tracking number with a delivery date, however, Awesome Machines canceled the order without notifying me of the cancelation. Meanwhile, the message for shipping continues to say package is delayed making you believe you will eventually receive your order when you never will.

SNOWBLOWER: So I went ahead and bought a snowblower. Even though we have a service that plows our driveway, I wanted to be able to clear the sidewalk along the street. The snow was deep this time with tough drifts. Big shoutout to Awesome Machines Sales And Rental in Savoy. I wanted a TORO snow blower and searched for a local dealer who can service it. I arrived today at their store not realizing that it was a few minutes after closing time. Jeremiah McKenzie let me in even though he was about to walk out of the store. He called his wife and told her he would be a bit late getting home. I bought a snowblower. He was very pleasant and a joy to deal with and deserves kudos. They service their machines themselves, so I plan to have them give it a tune-up later this year to be ready for next winter. Please consider patronizing local dealers if you can. I had a great experience with Rick, the Service Manager. I had been told that Awesome Machines did warranty service for Husqvarna. But Rick informed me they no longer have that ability since AM's ownership changed hands. So, to make it up to me, he patched my flat tire for free and even gave me a discount on the delivery/pickup charge! Thanks, Rick!!

Great and friendly service you can only expect at a Mom and Pop Shop! They offered to personally deliver my new mower to my home, but it loaded into my vehicle no problem with the help of the staff.

Fantastic team and service. My fiancé and I needed to buy our first lawn mower. We went to Home Depot (unfortunately) and purchased one which would not even start in their shop. After returning it instantly, in our desperation we asked locals in the parking lot where a local machine shop was where we could purchase a mower and receive decent service. They recommended Awesome Machines and we are SO glad they did!! The team at the store is friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They assisted us in selecting the perfect mower for our lawn and provided excellent mower maintenance education as well as great explanation of their services in order to help maintain our mower. We recently stopped in on our visit to see family and the place is amazing. The friendly atmosphere and work environment is scarce now a days but not with this company. Jeremiah really did an amazing job showing us around and helping us find what we needed. We need more customer service employees like him. Good job awesome machines and great job Jeremiah!
