I got my 5.6kw solar system through AWS in early 2020. They did a great job coordinating all the permits with my city, with SCE, and with the install. I even had a panel show some abnormal defects months after install, and AWS promptly replaced it under warranty. I recently sought to upgrade the size of my array anticipating a 2nd EV in the household, and through consultation with AWS, we decided it was not worth upgrading if I had to give up my legacy TOU-A plan. Love the honesty from Tim B. Highly recommended.

Just completed first year of solar power thanks to AWS. I talked to a half dozen solar companies before deciding on AWS. The primary reason was Tim Broughton and the AWS process for helping a potential new client make a well informed decision. Every aspect of my experience was very organized with high responsiveness and accountability from the AWS team across the board. I also want to recognize the install team as they were fantastic to work with in terms of communication and work plan execution. Tim also provided contact info for a dozen or so existing customers for me to contact and get their feedback. That proved very valuable in helping me confirm I was making a winning decision by selecting AWS. I still call or email questions to Tim and he always gets back to me lightning fast with a fabulous attitude and willingness to help. Thank you Tim and AWS. You are second to none.

Outstanding professionals! When I bought my house two years ago, it already had an “overrated” leased solar system installed, so I reached out to a few solar companies to get educated and get some quotes. Out of all AWS was the most helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and very informative, and didn't try to "push" me into replacing the whole system like some other companies. Had the house not have solar panels installed already, I would have absolutely used them to install a new system. After last years fires we had in the area, I noticed a decrease in energy production, so I reached out to them again. They advised getting the panels washed, as the performance is likely affected due to ash, dust, and other debris. Not only did they do a great job washing the panels – energy production increased by about 15%-20%, but also addressed some other issues with the now 5-year-old system that I wasn’t aware including: replacing a defective bracket, adjusting and tightening a few other, replacing old tie wraps and a number of other things that they pointed out to me. Overall: great people, great company, absolutely recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! AWS was fantastic to work with from the beginning with the proposal to the installation at the end. Tim was very thorough in working with me for the project and answering all my questions. I went through my initial solar project process of collecting proposals from top rated and recommended companies, from the beginning AWS was a leader. I scrutinized the estimates differently from most people because of my technical background in home services and sales. There were a lot of companies trying to come in with the lowest price but all of the had reasons for being so such as the panels. AWS became my choice of who to work with because of all factors considered, they had the best offing of technology, installation, ratings, and cost. My system is live and was exactly what I wanted and hoped for.
