B & E installed a new heating and air system in our home this week. We could not believe how quickly the workers removed and installed the new system. They always promptly return calls, and schedule the appointment immediately, to get the problem solved. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down, the best at what they do. And not to mention affordable, would highly recommend every time you have a issue with your heat or AC.

Heard about this company from a friend and I’m glad I called. Having a newer unit I was looking to get a maintenance/tune up. Service tech was on time, professional and courteous. He noticed a motor leaking oil, called the manufacturer and got it replaced under warranty. The integrity and service provided by this company has made me a lifetime customer. Thank you!

We called to see if they could service air in motor home and they advised for us to come on over. When my husband got there, they basically told him they don't work on motor homes. Why couldn't we have been told that when we called. Would have saved us the time and trouble. Not at all happy.

They were here when they said they would be. Another company told us we would have to do some digging under our garage floor. B & E took care of the issue without the digging and very quickly. Saved us a lot of time and money.

I Originally ask for a used A/C They brought me out junk and when i called them back because it wouldn't work. they charged me a service call for coming out again. needless to say a so called $700.00 deal I ended up paying well over $1,000.00 then they sent my bill to the wrong address. Lucky the Mail person knew me and ask me about the letter, with the wrong address from a Lawyer's office and wanting me to pay for Lawyer Fees. because they fail to do what they where paid to do. the service Man and the Secretary that hung up on me when I called about the Court Fee's because they didn't get my address right. we have been using this company for years. And they can't get my address right. Wow and still trying to charge my.
