This is thee absolute most pleasant place of business when it comes to their custom care , panache, concise explanation of one doesn't understand, and their flexibility (within reason of course). I've rented two cherry pickers from them and am on the way back shortly, for another one and a stump grinder. I won't rent from any place else. And that's bonded since they treat everyone walking in their doors extremely well.

Great customer service. Purchased a lawn mower. They wet out of their way to let me know when upcoming manufacturer sales event was happening if I didn’t need to purchase the day I originally came in. We’re more than happy to answer questions regarding the equipment and any accessories. Provided quick delivery and walked through how to use the equipment and its various features upon delivery.

Overhearing how they answered calls or questions in the showroom and swapped out rental equipment for other customers to make sure they had the right equipment to get the job done was nice to see. Not always easy to find great customer service these days.

Really good, fast, friendly. Easy to check in, there were tons of options and the staff really helped me. I noticed that they also sell sone equipment on site, great local place if you need a U-Haul or other equipment.

I was having problems trying to find parts for my club cadet. I visited the club cadet website, and they were listed as a registered repair/parts dealer. Having given them a call, they were really helpful in having all the parts I needed. When visiting the store they had everything ready for me. Everyone there was friendly and very nice. After talking to the parts man for the club cadet, I found out that they have many other services I would be interested in using in the future. Having been very pleased with them at time I would highly recommend them. 👌 thanks for helping me.

Ordered some tables, chairs a tent, a heater and 3 coolers for the kegs. For our Halloween party. Changed my order several times they were so patient with me. Staff was so nice. I'd highly suggest using them. VERY well priced.
