Do not rent here!!! 1- they do not keep up on all maintenance. 2- in the rental agreement it states tenants must pick up after their pets. Most do not pick up their dogs waste and your front door WILL STINK PD DOG POO! I even complained to them multiple times!!! They do not care to take action! 3- if you scheduled a pre-inspection they will NOT show up! They wasted 4 hours of MY TIME WITHOUT compensation! I asked for one to ensure that I was move out ready! They do not care if you have a life. A job, family, your belongings shipped to you or sick kids to deal with! For over $1,000 a month here you can rent a nice apartment or have a house mate and buy a modest home! They are in it for the $$$ and care nothing for the people who live here unless you are a high ranking military member! Avoid this dump!
