In October 2024, our private well developed issues so a call was placed to Banner Water. They quickly and promptly responded, sending a technician to investigate. They were very prompt and accurate, quickly identifying the issue and the solution.

Two days later, Nick and Josh arrived promptly and went right to work replacing our well pump. We can't say enough about them as they were polite, informative, respectful and personable.

We contacted Banner Water after we lost all water pressure. They asked a few questions and promptly deployed service technicians to our residence. When Nick and Hunter arrived, they performed a few tests and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a frayed wire going down to the well pump. The well pump itself seemed fine, but it was over 20 years old. Nick and Hunter talked through options with us, and we ultimately decided to repair the wiring and replace the pump. My wife and I found Nick and Hunter to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They worked diligently, taught us a lot about well systems, and we had great conversation. Everyone at Banner was incredible. We came home one day to no water at all. They promptly came out first thing in the morning as soon as we called. We unknowingly left a hose on outside that ended up leaking out. We felt bad having to call Banner back continuously over the last few days but they did not seem inconvenienced at all.
