Starting with Stephanie in the office to Daniel & Angel onsite, have to say the customer service is excellent. Noting as this is not always the case in South Florida. Stephanie took the extra step of courtesy follow up calls to update me on the service ETA and put us on the schedule quickly. She was very pleasant to work with, too. Thank you, Stephanie.

When Dan & Angel came they were professionals & all business: on-time, knowledgeable, thorough, tidy and efficient. As part of the hydro-vetted pipe cleaning to remove roots including, checking all cleanouts (found one I forgot about), they ended by testing the toilet drain by dumping a large bucket of water down the open pipe. (Toilet was not attached as water was pouring out the base when flushed and I figured they/a plumber would need a look-see). When the water did not go down the source of problem (not tree roots) was finally revealed - needed a snake of the toilet drain. Dan & Angel, you rock! So much relief to have a definitive answer on how to resolve.

For the $295 fee, totally satisfied with the results. I'd highly recommend Banyan and will use them again in the future if needed.

P.S. some years back I used them when I was still on septic and they were equally good in terms of service & value then, too. Thanks, Banyan.
