Great staff, someone always ready at the counter to help and answer questions. Easy process to introduce applications for septic tank installation but is taking up to 4 weeks for the applications to be approved or receive requests for more information.

I had a smooth transaction pulling 2 septic permits. Very easy. There is a 4 week wait but I had no issues with the process. A private soil inspector is HIGHLY recommended.
