Basement Flood Protector truly is a first class company. I had a foundation crack repaired by Roger & Ryan, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, timeliness, and commitment to quality. They've fixed several cracks that have shown up over the years. We've never had to fix one that they have patched, but they have repatched one that a different company has done by the previous owners. Prompt service, great prices. I highly recommend them.

I contact Basement Floor Protector to replace my existing single sump pump with a new system including a backup pump and a battery backup. John was very professional when he came out to inspect my existing system, explained to me exactly what I needed, and got me the quote the very next day as promised. We scheduled the work based on my availability, and they showed up exactly when I requested. Scott, the technician, was knowledgeable and professional, the work was neat, and he explained, in layman's terms, how the system operates, so we know exactly what to expect.

We installed a backup system to our sump pump. The first one they installed 23 years ago and has saved us many times. It was now time to replace it. It is the best investment we have made. It was a quick install. Highly recommend this company.

John came out and assessed the repairs needed. He advised us that there was a small foundation crack that needed repaired. He also suggested adding a battery backup system, considering we have a finished basement. The service was excellent, done very efficiently and also very affordable.
