FILTHY! Ice cream smeared on the tables, floor, counter and walls. Garbage on the counter, floor and all around the garbage can inside. Ick. Very limited flavor selection (no strawberry?) and many of the bins only had dregs at the bottom.

Bad staff. I was waiting in the queue aware of the covid situation and was standing closer to 6ft distance sign but just not ON the sign. The staff pointed it out disrespectfully, it was weird but as I was already the second person in the queue ?, I just ordered my ice cream.

Listen, this place is a total sham! They were wiped out of almost every topping and still had the nerve to charge me 15 bucks! My crush—bless her—just wanted a simple single scoop, and they tagged it at $4.25! Can you believe that? It’s an outright heist. I wish I could grab my cash back. Steer clear unless you’re keen on throwing your money away for barely a few bites. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there was a disaster scene outside while we were there—two guys throwing punches outside some van. The nerve of some people! All around, it was a severely disappointing experience. Don’t bother with this joint unless you fancy being fleeced.

Nice clean location! Plenty of space to hangout and relax with outside seating. Triple mango, chocolate fudge & coconut pineapple ? Yum!

Severely disappointed. I sent my husband to get one of their sundaes, it was pathetically small. They were completely out of most of their toppings and charged me $15 dollars for it! My husband opted for a single scoop and that alone was $4.25! A complete rip off, I wish I could get my money back. Don't go here unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for a couple mouthfuls.

Tried to order a cake online within 48 hours notice in a location that guarantees a cake in 24 hours. The website didn’t work. Called when the store opened and they wouldn’t make me a cake. I asked for the manager to call me to resolve the issue. I never a received a call. Or customer service.

They had no prepacked ice cream, the freezer is broken, no fresh baked cookies so I was not able to order the cookie sundae I wanted. The automatic door sound indicator would ring incessantly with no people coming into the store and they were playing super-duper loud country music which made it difficult to conversate with my friend. The actual sundae I did order was good and my friend enjoyed his chocolate ice cream but it was definitely a below-par-experience than what I am usually accustomed to from Baskin Robbins.

Your typical Baskin-Robins...great selection, nice staff. Prices have gone up though. Felt a little burned after paying $7.00 for a small chocolate shake. I guess this is the new norm!
