Absolutely beautiful! Words can't begin to describe how wonderful the Baycrest Lodge is. My husband and I just returned from a trip to Alaska. Homer was our last stop and the Baycrest exceeded all expectations! As many others have said, the views are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Aspen lodge and it was perfect. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything you could want to prepare a meal (although we did go out to enjoy all the great food in Homer!). Having laundry in the unit was very welcome after a week traveling and living out of suitcases. The lodge was very easy to find. Location and unit were very quiet. Information on local restaurants and activities was available and extremely helpful. Wi-fi and TV were available and worked very well (although it was hard to pull ourselves away from the view to use these!). I would absolutely recommend the Baycrest for anyone traveling to Homer!

The Augustine was absolutely perfect for my now hubby and I to spend our wedding night in. We stayed three nights in total. It's completely private from the rest of the lodge and has a remarkable view. The hot tub was also a nice touch. It was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. HIGHLY recommend and will absolutely book next time we're in Homer.

We love staying at the Baycrest Lodge. We stayed 2 nights in the Fireweed cabin. We like having the option to eat in with its full kitchen. It is a relaxing place to stay. Our favorite is the swing on the edge of the bluff. Great place to have a cocktail and watch the boats come in.

I cannot say enough good things! The vrbo we booked for our Homer stay didn’t work out and Baycrest came to our rescue. The cabin was spacious and very clean. Hannah was so helpful in getting us settled.
The only downside is the master bed is a loft with a window that provides the most amazing view but also 20 hours of sunlight a day in the summer, so bring a good sleep mask.
The fire pit and hot tub were an unexpected bonus and we made the very best memories here. Close to the spit for restaurants and tours, this place is as close to perfect as I’ve seen. Thank you!

The views are absolutely stunning, and the unit we stayed in, Canyon Cottage, was a dream. Fantastic lodging just outside of town, it feels like another world when you walk in and soak up all the nice touches. The hot tub was splendid, and this unit feels very private. We really loved our stay!

This place is amazing! I'm not sure you could get better views anywhere in the world. | My wife and I have stayed at many lodges, VRBOs, Airbnb, and there hasn't been anything to compare to Baycrest. Every detail was considered from the quality of towels and linens, to everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, separate towels for the amazing hot tub and the list goes on. It is a special experience to sit in the hot tub and take in the views of the bay and the mountains. The fire pit also has amazing views and has everything you need for sitting around and making connections with those you love. We'll be back without a doubt!

You get what you pay for and these accommodations were worth every penny! This is our second year staying in a Baycrest property. This time we stayed at Otter's Den and it was fabulous. What I love the most about Baycrest properties is that everything is clean, I mean really clean and well cared for. They also use Alpenglow soap and lotions which are the absolute best Alaskan made skincare products you can buy. Otter's Den was quiet, private and has a million dollar view from the hot tub.
