This is a new home and I guess the builders forgot to remove the lid from the dryer went outside of the house. Bayonet sent their technician Josh M to take care of it, and that he did, it got dark pretty soon but that didn’t prevent Josh to finish the job. Thanks Josh I do appreciate it.

Confirmed with Honeywell that the thermostat that I have and that is still under warranty has gone faulty. As per Honeywell, warranty needs to be processed by the original HVAC installer. I called the company to get a warranty replacement for the thermostat, and all I was told was that they needed to come out to install it. The device is plug-and-play, so no technician is needed. They wanted to charge me for the service call, which costs more than the thermostat itself! What’s the point of a warranty if you’re paying more for the service than the part? When I asked to speak to a manager as all I wanted is for them to ship me the replacement, she had no idea why they were doing this and was not familiar with the process. I asked for another manager, and she said she’d call me back within 24 hours, but it’s been over a week and still nothing. This company has terrible customer service and doesn’t take responsibility for their warranty. Any company that doesn’t stand by the products they install isn’t worth calling.

I had bayonet point come out to do a duct cleaning. Nathaniel arrived and was very pleasant from the beginning till the end. He did an awesome job with the cleaning and explained it all. Recommend this company for any needs for air conditioning. Kyle also came out and did work on my condenser. He is very pleasant as well. He explained everything that was going on and did an awesome job on my ac. Shawn also came out and worked on my handler. He was pleasant and explained everything I needed to know. He explained from the beginning till the end and how to care for my new system. This company is very awesome. Definitely a company you can trust with getting the job done right. Highly recommend them. You will have no regrets with them.

the technicians Jeff Walker was friendly. BUt Irvin Beauchamp was Very unprofessional and uncooperative in solving the problem. He made no effort to find the water leak behind the bathroom wall, claiming it was my son's fault. And I still have the wall wet and damaged without solving it.

Came home to water soaked carpet outside of our master bathroom on our four (4) year old house. Called an emergency plumber (Apex Plumbing who charged us $0 to come out at 9pm) who came out and said we needed to call a leak detection company. Called them and they chased the leak to under our vanity. Called Bayonet to talk about the leak which seemed right at the slab but under the vanity and knowing they were the original plumbing company who did all the rough and final plumb work with our builder, figured they would want to help or at least have the plumbing drawings. A technician came out and said can’t help you, call a remediation company to remove the vanity and cut the concrete. All of the lines have significant tension on them from being smashed together as they were cemented in.

Update: I was contacted by the service manager who volunteered to pay for our leak detection service which was helpful and we talked about the quality of work and lady who tried to pass fault onto another sub. It was a good discussion and we met in the middle.

Fast and professional. They had to dig into the yard and fix an issue underground. They had to dig deep and move a lot of dirt and grass to fix the problem. When they were done, the yard was put completely back together. Great job.
