Prompt, professional, courteous business. Pleased with time to inspect issues following Hurricane Milton. Estimate written at that visit. We agreed to have repairs done after Christmas which is when they called to schedule work for mid Jan.

Appreciated them offering to remove and dispose of old satellite dish which caused additional roof issues unrelated to storm.

We have been pleased with Christian-based business who support the JoyFM, which is where I found Bayside Roofing.

My Roof was done on time and fast inspection said it looked good my complaint was with the cost. I was quoted a price of 7200.00 but when I got the completed invoice the cost was 8396.56.That is a very big increase without any contact from the company to explain there were additional repairs needed. Not saying they were not needed but the company should have contacted me directly to let me know what was going on. Very poor customer service.

Bayside Roofing replaced my roof last year and did an amazing job. After the recent storms, I had some damage and they were at my house for the repairs in a reasonable amount of time considering mine was not an emergency as was the case for so many other homeowners. They are reliable and professional!

Do here’s the deal. You guys do great work. No doubt. In this case the shingles didn’t match the color of the existing shingles which you guys installed 6 years ago. I’m ok with that. It took a long time to get it done. And I’m still a little bothered that if I referred others to you after my original roof replacement that there would be some sort of reward. I got nothing. Otherwise you guys are very good.

Bayside did a great job on the roof. All off my interactions with their staff were professional and courteous. We have 2 more roofs on the property that need replaced. We will definitely be using Bayside.
