I would like to recognize and commend the project manager we had on property through the abatement phase of our project at Fifty Gulfside, Armando Rodriguez. He was professional, always on the job, his communication about the project was top notch with updates daily and he was always willing to answer my questions. After dealing with the damages of two back to back hurricanes, it was wonderful to have someone working for us that was so knowledgeable and willing to communicate the process and relieve some of the stress of dealing with such devastation. I only wish he were still on this project to completion as we are missing that communication now.

Belfor came out to do mitigation. Denis and his team were very prompt about finding all the issues. His team was very neat and organized. Setting up to avoid any mess and getting to work as quickly as possible. Ralph who was the project manager was also very easy to work with and explained the process step by step.

Damage to the home is never an easy thing to navigate through. Belfor having people like Denis and Ralph can help through that complicated task.

What a great experience working with Belfor.

It started with a water break that brought the mitigation crew out that my condo association had an agreement with. They quickly set up driers and dehumidifiers throughout. Everyone was very courteous and professional.
Ken was very detailed on the cleanup process and timeline which was very helpful on a stressful day.
After speaking with several other contractors, I felt the best option was to use Belfor for the restoration.
I was set up with Ralph M. as my project manager. We met the next day and came up with a plan. Right from the start we seemed to be on the same page. Whether by phone, email, or text, Ralph returned all promptly to discuss and confirm the project details. Throughout the restoration each stage was started and completed as planned.
I had a good idea of what I wanted, but when I was unsure of a detail both Ralph and one of his master carpenters Ted, using their experience and knowledge were able to offer what turned out to be great advice.
On one small but important detail to one of my family, Ralph was able to come up with a solution that exceeded my expectations and worked out beautifully. Thank you and well done.
On a final note I can say I am extremely
pleased with the quality of the work, staying within budget and the on time completion of the project.

The Belfor team did an excellent job coordinating the painters as well as the carpet layers to minimize the disruption. The workers were extremely friendly, prompt and they worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done to perfection.

Belfor took the job at the condo building which I’m a unit owner for a fire that occurred March 2019. I was informed that it would be a four month job, which I knew was not realistic. Six months passed, eight months passed and I was out of my unit for a total of 11 months. It wasn’t until one of their employees, Matthew, stepped in and finished our unit in four weeks. That was after 10 months of waiting with no progress. In the process, they broke the intercom system to the building and said it was out of their scope to fix the damages, yet they still got paid in full without any owner release.

A buddy of mine we live in Gary Indiana complete rebuild after a burnt down and I won't pass inspection with the city of Gary they built it totally wrong from the ground-up he's got a problem with electrical water the whole nine yards it's got to know occupancy permit.. they're bunch of clowns I wouldn't hire them to build my dog the dog house... I watched employees order more parts than were needed for the house load them in their own personal vehicles to go do side jobs and they made my buddy has insurance pay for it if you ask me that's insurance fraud I don't understand how the crooks are still in business especially wouldn't State Indiana
And Sheldon Weldon won't answer any phone calls
