Awesome service. Freddy came out promptly the quote the job and Juan came out and performed the work flawlessly. We did have to go through a change order process for substantially more but considering the scope of the repair I was somewhat expecting it.
All in all my wife was happy so that’s all that matters. 🙂

Steve and Glen gave us a consultation about our faucet issue and recommended options to get it fixed. Their tips were knowledgeable and valuable for us when deciding to install a new faucet.

The following day, I called Bell Plumbing to schedule our faucet job to be done for that afternoon. All three receptionists (sorry, I forgot your names) we spoke with over those two days were very helpful in scheduling us. Steve was busy with another project; luckily, we got Alejandro to complete our project.

Alejandro was professional and friendly and installed our new faucet in under an hour. We are happy and satisfied with Bell Plumbing’s staff and quality of work. Each of the workers even wore shoe covers when visiting our home!

Steve and Christian were very careful about cutting the drywall over the gas fireplace connectors. They checked very carefully for gas leakage. They were quite thorough in assessing the situation. Steve explained what he was doing and why. I’m glad that we didn’t have to cut into our stone fireplace. He gave good advice about caring for our gas fireplace. They know their stuff and efficiently corrected our problem. Steve and Christian are professional and I would recommend them for any plumbing job. They cleaned up the floor too. What an awesome company. We had 50 feet of sewer leak and old drain pipes in 60 year old house in inaccessible crawl space. Needed sump pump replacement as well. Contacted Freddy at Bell Plumbing and he gave a great quote including a senior discount. We agreed to price and Caesar and crew of two showed up promptly at 8:00 the very next morning. They were all very friendly and patiently listened to all our needs and concerns. The worked very hard throughout the day and by 4:00 had finished everything. They explained what they had done, cleaned up completely and we thanked each other. What great service. I haven’t seen this kind of wonderful customer service for a long time. It was so refreshing to deal with Bell Plumbing. I will always use them in the future and have recommended them to family and friends.

Had a sewer blockage 1.5 hours before hosting a party for New Year’s Eve. The plumber showed up 20 minutes later, didn’t try to hassle or upsell me and just got to work. The issue was solved in just over an hour and the plumber gave me everything I needed to know moving forward.
