Boris is a knowledgeable professional, who knew exactly what to do to supercharge my horrible Mediacom internet. Communication was excellent throughout. He came within hours of contact on the same day and even stopped to purchase equipment he suspected was needed to speed up my slow internet. Came with four wireless repeaters based on our phone conversation about the size of my home. Found we only needed two and never tried to upsell me with equipment I didn’t need. Before leaving, he checked every room in the house for any dead spots. My internet speeds are incredibly higher than ever before. Can’t say enough good things about this guy. He accomplished in an hour and a half what Mediacom technicians couldn’t do in dozens of service calls. Fantastic service and great person!

Boris is EXCELLENT! My computer was dying when i was on working vacay. He recommended One for me , helped me buy it … and even took delivery , delivered , set it up with everything i needed . We also had great conversations on International politics, his home land career specialty..
i plan to call him as soon as i get to Bethany to ask him to set up some urgent work i need to do.

Could not have asked for better service. I had issues with my iMac, Boris was able to remotely fix and get me back up and running. Then he made a house call to upgrade my Mac-book Pro. Highly recommend Bella Vita!
