I have had two experiences at Belle Tire. During my first visit a year ago, the customer service I received did not meet my expectations. However, I returned recently and was pleasantly surprised by the assistance provided by Jose Urra. He was extremely helpful and very informative. I loved his interpersonal skills because I was accompanied by my father; he speaks both English and Spanish but primarily understands Spanish. Jose was a tremendous help in explaining everything to me and my father and was not just trying to “sell us something”. I got what I needed done and I’m 100% satisfied . I highly recommend him to anyone seeking assistance there!

On two separate occasions, appointments for new tires were made and scheduled in advance to assure the tire model/size was available, per Bell Tire associate request. Both times, after my car was lifted and all tires were removed, while waiting 30min, I was then told the tire model/size was not in stock. The associate attempted to sell available, yet significantly more costly tires after explaining the tires I originally made the appointment for won't be delivered days later.

Whether frivolous or an intentional, deceitful business practice, I was never given an apology nor any discount offer and left completely unsatisfied. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and refuse to step foot into another Bell Tire location. That said, I highly recommend avoiding Bell Tire at all costs.

Do not think of going here with a car you care about. They damaged my rim. Tried to deny doing so. While waiting to get corporate to give the security footage, I requested to get images of the side walls of the previous tires to look for evidence of damage. They made me wait a week until the discard day and sent me pictures of the wrong set of tires. When asked they claimed the previous tires don't exist. (How do you lose a set of 4 suv tires) And I had to wipe tire lube off of all rims and tires after installation. Despicable behavior and I wouldn't trust them to flip my burger let alone touch my vehicle again. Absolutely no desire to make things right from anyone on staff.

First time at a tire shop and the experience and service was great! DOMINIQUE was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was going in planning to schedule for the next day but they Got me in and out same day!

Joliet bell tire is garbage. Every thing is good when they are selling you tires but don't ever have an issue they won't do anything. Bad should have gone to discount tire.

Gave me an outdated technical excuse as to why they couldn’t mount the tires, THEN offered me just the tires to take to another shop… which I believe defeats the point of going there in the first place. Go to a mom and pop or Discount Tire or really anywhere but here.

Wanted all tires checked because was constantly filling them . They looked at for 10 minutes said everything was fine . I already knew had flat spots on tires . He asked is it making noise . I said why do you think I'm here. And that they don't recommend rebalancing lol. I wanted tires leak checked new stems and rebalanced. When a customer comes in and has a leak complaint. You remove tire .place in water look for leaks. Fix . Rebalance . Customer drives away. This guy didn't want to do the work
