My husband's computer crashed and we needed to export the information to his new computer. It was complicated since the motherboard of the old computer was compromised.

We took both computers to Benchmark in Prescott Valley. Vince managed to get the transfer done, including a migration of Microsoft 365.

I've worked with quite a few computer technicians over the years. Vince is by far the most patient.

I then decided to get a new laptop, so of course I took it to Vince for the transfer. In addition to seamlessly making the transfer, Vince took extra time to show me some of the features on my new Lenovo.

If you need any sort of computer assistance, give Benchmark a call. They are very capable, reasonably priced, fun to work with, and kind. That's the kind of business I want to work with.

Installed ran cable for 6 Reolink cameras and managed to fix a gigabit home network that never functioned (bad crimps and punch downs on the keystones and ends) I thought it was all a telephone system and was going to run cat 6 to each room until they fixed it. they allowed me to avoid running new line everywhere. saved me a ton of money. I know who to call for all the things my back wont allow me to do anymore. Thanks Vince and Don.

Should be more stars than just 5. Had our office shut down due to connection to a new router. Vince came to our home office and had several devices linked to the new router and checked for malwhare. I will never need to call anyone else. Just call and klnow you have your equipment in good hands and people that you will like right away. Thanks Vince

We needed some help with our router putting out a 2.4Ghz signal at our home. Some of our older smart devices and even new ones that required a 2.4Ghz signal, couldn’t stay connected to our Netgear Orbi Mesh router.

Vincent came to our home yesterday and all I can say is wow! He is so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with this issue!

Although I built the network, I just couldn’t seem to solve this particular issue. I’m so thankful we have a company like Benchmark Computers in our town! Thank you Vincent! You’re the best!

A++++++++ I can't even give this company enough praise.
My 2003 Costco tower finally gave out, and Benchmark Computers did the impossible in restoring my old XP Windows and all the old programs i was using. They got me into a Windows 11 reasonably priced replacement Now I have Windows 11 and my old XP that has 22 years of my important information on the one computer. I am so grateful .
There customer service is also the best.
