Raw dough..brought it back to show the worker that it's clearly raw but the young kid said that's cooked. He gave us another uncooked soft pretzel but it also didn't get cooked through. After observing how he prepped the dough, the issue was because the dough was too thick. I tried heating it up on my grill since I have it going but the dough was too thick too be saved.

Ben’s Pretzels WERE awesome, but then my last visit there the pretzels are literally half the size they use to be. So sad that places can do this. Making them thinner makes them even not taste as good because there is barely any dough. The big fluffy dough used to make these huge pretzels so good. So very disappointed. I will have to try other locations I know in hopes that is was only this particular location that has drastically changed their pretzels! I wish I had taken a picture.

Had one of these down in Homer Glen. It is incomprehensible to me how wonderful these pretzels are. With a cheddar cheese dipping sauce (I should have gotten the second nacho cheese) , and a soft it cost me $7 bucks. Believe me this is a great deal for what you get

Pretzels are sooooooooo good. Love the deal they have, I believe it's three pretzels for $10- with the size of the pretzels, that's a steal! The cheese is good too. Can't wait to return to try more things. The staff is very very kind!

I just have to say that you need to try these pretzels. Every time I'm in the area I stop and purchase some....sometimes I gobble them up in the car, sometimes I make it home with them(not often). The dough is soft and tastes heavenly! Eat them right away or eat them later they taste great! We make pretzels at home for special occasions and these are better. Give your taste buds a treat. Yum yum yum,

First off, I consider myself to be a pretzel enthusiast. The first time I tried Ben's Soft Pretzels was several months ago when they first opened in Meijer and I was blown away! The pretzels are baked fresh right in front of you and they will even put on a little show for the kids on how to make the pretzels! There's a ton of different dips and toppings you can put on that anybody can find the right combo to love! Needless to say, every time I go shopping at the Meijer store in Homer Glen I HAVE to get my pretzel!

Honestly it’s not the workers, it’s the management of this place not making sure things are in order. Things are not made or stocked, dough isn’t being cooked properly. It would be best to just shut it down til they can get it back in order…give two stars for the workers who are actually trying.

Where do I start...this place has the softest pretzels I’ve ever had. They are to die for! My kids love the pepperoni cheese and my personal favorite is the jalapeño cheese with marinara sauce of course.
Forget any other pretzels you’ve had, Ben’a pretzels is where its at!
