BCS carries out all activities with a high level of professionalism that helps bring a sense of calm and assurance to any job site. I hired them for their safety consulting services.

My company does not have an internal safety supervisor that met the strict requirements of the general contractor. I reached out to Russell and told him a high level description of my project. From there I met with the team and they helped me to work through several documents that I would need before anyone could proceed from work. Through that documentation process BCS helped to develop a game plan on how to eliminate safety concerns before they were an issues on the job site. Their level of understanding is well exceeds that of any other safety supervisors I have encountered. BCS even had someone trained in CPR to help us meet the job site qualifications!

When crunch time rolled around and it was time to perform work Tommy from BCS showed up in a big way! Over the course of four days he preformed over 55 hrs of work! He showed up with an inspiring level of energy despite the difficult hours. Besides actually acting as the safety supervisor, Tommy also engaged in meetings with senior safety personnel from other companies to inform and competently communicate the risks and mitigation taken throughout the project. I believe that his effort in these meetings is the only reason we were able to proceed with work.

The second phase of this project has begun and we have hired Berg Compliance Solutions again. Like I said earlier, it is a no-brainer and I would recommend them for any application.
