This insurance is the worse. I had to do all the legwork in getting the insured who hit my car to contact Berkley enviornmental and have Berkley Enviornmental contact the insured. I wasted a lot of time with them and felt like I got undercut in the payment for my damages. I was given falsified information in the beginning by their first claims adjuster and I believe she either got fired or quit. Be ready to fatigue with these folks at this company.

I was the victim of a car accident and the person responsible used this company for their insurance. After a month of not hearing anything I finally got in contact with Nicole who was extremely rude and tried to say she was going to help me but I wouldn't let her speak. Her customer service skills are terrible and she should not be dealing with the public.
UPDATE: Once my case was taken out of Nicole's hands and takenover by James, everything moved along quickly and is now complete.
