REGRETFUL EXPERIENCE AS SELLER. The firm was chosen by the buyer. Instead of asking for information, in its first. communication with seller, their approach was to start threatening “ if no response is received within 48hrs” the firm was going to arbitrarily make a financial commitment on seller’s behalf. When asked the cost of the service commitment being threatened, the firm was not even aware of the costs, but threatened anyway. To top off I was given wrong instructions and had to spend time to rectify.
The closing documentation (standard templates) with legal wording was only released to the seller 2.5 days prior to the date of closing with the remark that to seek legal advice. When I complained a partner of the firm advised that the firm would no longer communicate with me directly but through a third party.
I will be buying another property soon and making sure that this firm will not be involved in any of my future transactions. Plenty of professional choices in the market. Regretful experience. Does not help to build a positive relationship between buyer and seller.

It’s a nice place. The lady at the front desk gives us a cold feel each time we go there. So it’s not very welcoming. But I guess we use them because it’s smart to use attorneys at closing. They seem to know what they’re doing and they haven’t made any mistakes so we will continue using them. I’m sure it’s better to have these people on your side during a transaction and I don’t think it cost us any or much extra to do so so it makes sense

Absolutely a great place to close a deal. Very cordial staff. A nice stocked bar if you wish to toast your signed agreements. The building is beautiful and spotless. I highly recommend.
