I ordered a PlayStation five online. They shipped it without a box and it was open. This is a hell of a way to do business. Thank you for ruining my child’s Christmas now that she knows what her Christmas gift is. Tacky, unprofessional not worthy of my money.

Was there about 45 minutes. Store traffic nule.
Not one person came to assist. So bought 2000.00 whirlpool from Home Depot.
They were awesome. Tony approached us immediately

Buying from website and picking up at store was really easy. After standing in line for a while, an associate from across the store in another dept came over and assisted me.... like that as I was in a hurry. Think that's good customer service to acknowledge someone waiting and working with their team to accommodate customers. Thanks!

We came in to use their service of recycling old TVs. If you are disposing of a TV that is 49 inches or smaller, they will do it for free; larger than that, there's a $30 charge. A guy named Gus helped us out from the minute we walked into the store. He was extremely helpful, considerate, and quick to solve issues that came up. This was easily one of the best experiences we've had at this Best Buy, but none of our experiences have been overtly negative.

2 stars instead of 1 bc of kind staff and a very clean store. I drove 2 hours the other day to pick up an Open Box Excellent condition labeled LG Oled Evo C4 65” TV. After driving 2 hours home through 5pm traffic I opened the box and found multiple parts missing that makes the stand unusable. Not only did I have to overpay for the TV bc of the wrong condition and drive a long time but i'm stuck in a request loop bc the company doesn't let us contact stores directly. As a previous employee of the company, this is frustrating and disappointing.

While this is the closest store to us . We will be driving to another location in the future .
Store personnel seem to have a problem dealing with someone with a handicap. Either that or they might be poorly trained . Either way, it falls right on the shoulders of store management . Your store rating here is a direct reflection of this stores management and that is not so good , hovering just about 4. I would call your corporate office , but that would be doing their job for them too.

I went into Best Buy’s today to pick up an online order. Before pick up I asked a very simple question as to why I hadn’t received my reward points from a previous purchase. I was Rudely told by Zuul that I had to have a Best Buy credit card to receive points. I told him that I wasn’t told that when purchasing the item. He told me I had been communicated with about it and that it had been in place for over 2 years. I told him I had not been communicated with about this and that my BB app that has my account said I would receive a $5 certificate for every 250 points. After a back and forth with him he walked off. Another employee Al, came over to help. We went through the whole thing again. After 10 minutes of him going through it all again and saying the same thing in a nicer way he decided he couldn’t help me and said I could call a 888 Best Buy phone number. Or talk to GM. He called him over and we went through it all again. Both refused to even consider giving me the $10 value of reward points even though their own app told me I would earn a $5 reward after every 250 points. No where did it say I had to have to use a Best Buy credit card.
I picked up the item I was there to pick up and will never go back. To lose a customer over $10 after I’d spent hundreds is beyond my understanding.
I should have just got my money back but by then all I wanted was to leave.

I never leave reviews, so let this be your warning. Terrible service, everyone has a different answer or knows nothing “sorry they must have done it wrong last time”? Bought and transferred several phones and watches over the past couple years and there is always (not once or twice literally always) a problem.
If you are looking to get a phone or watch, upgrade a phone or watch, or anything smart phone or watch related I would not recommend you go to this store. Maybe other Best Buy’s have there stuff together, all I can tell you is that this one doesn’t. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
Amazon has everything else this store sells and will be delivered the next day, I don’t see a valuable reason to ever go back.
