Run, everyone, RUN!!!!

I feel compelled to share my experience with this company, hoping it may help others avoid the challenges I faced. I genuinely didn't realize the impact this situation had on me until recently. Thankfully, I believe I was protected by a higher power, especially during a time when I felt completely lost. I thought I was purchasing a brand new HVAC system, but the reality turned out to be so different.

After the installation, I encountered issues just a week later. Multiple technicians visited to try to find a solution, but what I really wanted was a fully functional, new system without any problems. I finally insisted that the company either take back their equipment and refund me or replace it with a brand new unit. When the owner came to my home, I was shocked by the explanations I received—blaming my house’s temperature on “protons and neutrons” and the absence of blinds. It was baffling, especially as the sole owner of my home for the past 20 years, during which I had never experienced HVAC problems.

In the end, while I didn’t get a new system, I was able to get a refund, which was a small relief. However, now, after three years, I'm left without heat and have been informed by three different companies that the system in my home remains the original one—20 years old. The work performed by this company was poorly executed.

Reflecting on this, I realize how easy it is to be misled when trusting others without fully understanding the details. I regret that I allowed someone to bring equipment into my home without verifying the truth of what I was being sold. It’s disappointing to recognize that such unethical practices exist in our world, and it can feel disheartening to see a lack of accountability from the company, especially in their responses to complaints.

If you are considering this company because of their seemingly low prices, please be cautious and ensure that you truly receive what you are promised. This experience has taught me the importance of asking questions and understanding what I’m purchasing. Sometimes, lower prices come with hidden costs. I hope you all stay safe and informed in your choices. Run, people, run!!!
