I had purchased a printerhead cleaning kit from Best Printers Tech but didn't use it right away. When I finally got around to working on my printer, I realized that one of the parts (that comes with the kit) had gone missing.

I communicated with Brandon at Best Printers to ask if I could buy only the missing part. Brandon was so understanding and helpful. He insisted on sending me a whole new kit at no charge.

This level of customer support went very much above and beyond, and was so unexpected. Too many companies leave you to your own devices after you've purchased something from them, but my experience with Best Printers Tech was the total opposite. I can't say enough about the care and attention they offered!

I would highly recommend doing business with these folks and would definitely purchase from them again!

I don't use their service but I've aquainted myself with the employees and a few customers passing by. Everyone is always pleasant and curtious when I roll by in my wheelchair. Good neighbors are always a good thing.
