Lindsay, Steve, Eric, and the entire team are fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and patient with all my questions, and they worked seamlessly with my abatement contractor. During the initial testing, Eric thoroughly explained the process and addressed all my concerns, which was a huge relief. Because of the positive experience, I chose them for the clearance testing after the abatement work. They tested all areas very thoroughly, and their professional works provided me with great reassurance.

They were also very considerate of my renovation schedule, coordinating efficiently and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The final clearance report was delivered promptly. I highly recommend this team!

Steve and the entire crew at Big East are amazing. I have had many problems in my buildings that I have had to deal with from buried oil tanks and environmental work to lead abatement and water and soil testing and monitoring. There is no one I trust more than these guys to help me solve any problem that comes up no matter how big or small. They handle every part of the job with professionalism and speed. Always available to explain things and more than fair with pricing. While I hope to never need them again I know they will solve whatever problem comes my way. Truly the best.

I had multiple concerns throughout my home and Eric listened to each one of them and was extremely thorough in his assessment. He followed up with me multiple times after the inspection to update me of the findings, which I appreciated immensely since they all came back at different times, but he know i was anxios. I am a realtor and our inspection came back with potential Asbestos in a popcorn ceiling. The property is in Essex but Big East was able to go there the very next day, get the samples and had results to us the next week even with the delay of Thanksgiving. Outstanding customer service.
