Only my second time into Big Market, and today i was really happy and grateful for finding little things that i needed without having to go to Parker or elsewhere.
I appreciate the nostalgic feel of the store: hardware meets groceries meets bric a brac meets liquid happiness in a can or bottle.
Busy staff running around helping people like me needing something small, but the employees treat everyone equally regardless of a one dollar item or a bigger ticket purchase. Customer service is Soooo important, far and above most everything else. A simple greeting with a smile and eye contact can turn a mediocre day into a great one, so, thank you for making my day a whole lot better Big Market folks!
I want to mention the plentiful parking, reasonable competitive pricing, ADA compliant spaces with entry doors, nice unobstructed aisles and a big shout out to the happy cashiers who can always seal the deal on a happy visit.
You are all appreciated, know your worth to us folks here in Quartzsite and beyond. Bravo.

Great variety, carry lots of things, but NO RETURNS. They may give "store credit," but don't count on it. Just be prepared to be stuck with it.

The man that owns the store is a Oriental of some sort I think Korean but he changes the price depending on the person

Always get a receipt!!! They handed me a part and it was wrong one. Within 20 minutes I was there to return it and they wouldn’t take it back because I didn’t get a receipt from them. I am a full-time resident and he just lost my business. The guy is nothing more than a crook. BEWARE!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Bought a torch lighter from them and it lasted 1 week and blew a hole in the tank and wasted $5 dollars worth of butane and the owner would not replace it. He's the biggest tight wad if ever seen. Furthermore he now sells Vuse Vape pods for$22 dollars for 2 and you can buy them at Terrible Herbst for 11 bucks this store is HIGHWAY ROBBERY.

Went in looking for an rv showerhead with the on off switch. The cashier asked what I needed and took me to it. They have a pretty good selection of stuff for when you are in a pinch.
