My colleague and I drove two hours to this location for a scheduled appointment. No one ever showed up to perform service. We were completely ghosted with no communication before or after our appointment time. Another customer indicated that she was on her second visit since IndentoGO had previously printed and photographed her, but they no longer had any record of her being there.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I BOOKED AN 8:30am APPT. INSTRUCTIONS SAY ARRIVE 10min EARLY. I GET HERE AND THE ELEVATOR DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO GET UPSTAIRS WITHOUT HAVING A KEY FOB! AFTER WAITING SEVERAL MINUTES A EMPLOYEE COMES IN AND FOB THE ELEVATOR SO WE CAN GO UPSTAIRS, THERES ABOUT 4 OTHER PEOPLE THAT BOOKED 8:30 AND 8:40 AM APPTS. COME TO FIND OUT ONCE WE FINALLY GET UPSTAIRS PPL ARE IGNORING US, WALKING PAST AND THE ONE LADY THAT DID DECIDE TO ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS STATED THEY DONT OPEN TIL 9am. COME 9Am STILL NOONE HERE! VERY MUCH UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE AND POORLY PLANNED….. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THE HYDE PARK LOCATION.

The place is horrible!!! I arrived at 11:00 for an appointment for 11:20 AM CST- greeted by a rude Regus Virtual Office receptionist that asked "what are you here for", I said fingerprinting, she said "let me see the receipt" I took out my phone and showed her the email I had from my job with the confirmation of the appointment and the young girl says to me, "they are not here, have not been in two weeks and the only thing they told her was system issues." The rudest person I ever met. She barely looked at my confirmation and as if she was disturbed by the customers, she sent me away! I had traveled all the way from Indiana for this appointment, no parking so I took a train and hiked a pretty good distance only to be sent away. What kind of nonsense is this? I really hope that my job can find another location that is in the State of Indiana, where people come to work, to work! If I could, I would give the place -118 stars! My apologies to all who have to experience the place.

There was literally no wait. Soon as I came in the receptionist called him and within seconds I was headed to his office. He was pretty straightforward and straight to the point. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I think his name was Roosevelt. Pretty cool dude. Didn’t get any awkward vibes because I really hate touching but he made me feel comfortable that’s always a plus!!

The HYDE PARK LOCATION: the technician walked super slow to the front to come get you . He has a nasty attitude, disrespectful, no customer service skills at all. I DIDNT TRUST HIM TO DO MY FINGERPRINTS AFTER THE WAY HE BEHAVED SO I WENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Fast service, I was in and out within 15 mins. of arriving. Clean. Professional staff, especially Roosevelt. I appreciated the humanity and calm energy he gave off. He was able to answer my question with ease.
